Legal Aspects of e-Commerce

Robert J. Tribeck

Rob Tribeck devotes his practice to the representation of business and government.

He currently serves as Administrative Chair of Rhoads & Sinon’s Business and Banking Litigation Practice Group and regularly represents both public and private sector clients in complex federal litigation and in the defense of employment discrimination and civil rights litigation.

Mr. Tribeck counsels emerging technology clients on employment and business matters, including intellectual property rights, confidentiality and non-compete agreements, licensing issues, contract disputes, and internet business and security issues. He was a founder and serves on the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania e-Commerce Association, a non-profit trade association designed to further the advancement of companies involved in electronic commerce.
