What We Do
PA e-Comm's goals are to:
- Provide access to information and educational opportunities
regarding e-commerce.
- Assist its members in expanding their business e-commerce opportunities.
- Provide a voice for members on public policy issues affecting
the e-commerce industry.
- Provide added visibility for the electronic commerce industry
in Pennsylvania in order to attract additional capital, customers
and employees to the state.
To this end, PA e-Comm's goals and objectives are to:
- Organize events on e-commerce business opportunities, technology
and management issues.
- Publish industry research on emerging technologies.
- Provide forums for networking with peers and potential partners.
- Work cooperatively with public policy officials to promote and
protect the industry.
- Advocate on behalf of its members.
- Develop communications and public relations campaigns to promote
e-business for existing Pennsylvania companies and to attract
new e-business to Pennsylvania.
- Assist members in expanding e-commerce opportunities.
- Promote training, education and recruitment of talent.
- Develop initiatives that address civic and community needs.
